Gibson, like a true boy, is showing an interest in balls. If there is a ball in the room, he will find it! It's fun to watch him inspect it and play with it trying to figure it out. He especially loves this big ball and will even use it to pull himself up to a stand. Now, that takes some skillz!
Owen has loved puzzles for quite some time now. He will sit down and do several at a time some days. Lilly, just this past week, has started to share in the interest. Yay! She has started to initiate wanting to do puzzles and is sitting trying to figure them out--well, and yelling asking for help :)
Recognize this one Aunt Bonnie?? (It's still a favorite at our house! Thank you!)
We are feeling cooped! Since we had a little nicer weather the other day, we took advantage of it! Owen and Lilly got right to tree bush climbing. Gibson and I were the cheerleaders and coaches for where to step next.
At one point Lilly took a pretty good fall in the mud. I was proud of her for handling it as well as she did--only a few tears. Then she wanted me to take a picture of how muddy she was:
Spring, I know it's still early, BUT you can come ANYTIME!
Gibson John, our sweet sweet baby. You are loved beyond measure. We love your giggles, squeals, and squeaks. It is becoming more and more apparent and you are going to be a bundle of energy--just like your big brother and sister. You speed crawl EVERYwhere and pull yourself up on EVERYthing and just recently started letting go and trying out your balance. You always want to be close to or IN the action of the household. You sometimes eat as much as your brother and sister combined--but you insist on table food, no more baby food--and usually want to feed yourself. You have just 2 bottom front teeth. Some of your favorite foods right now are: graham crackers, strawberries, bananas, and noodles. Some of your favorite toys are: balls, your walk-behind-walker, whatever Owen and Lilly are playing with. You are a sweetheart and you are loved to pieces!
