A Visit to the Pig Farm

Some friends from our church farm pigs, so we took the kids to see the pigs on a Saturday morning.  We went to see the barn of baby pigs first. Then the "big" pigs.  Here's Owen petting a baby piglet.

The pigs were about as curious as Owen was about them.

And Lilly, well, she could have done without.  Pigs just weren't her thing that morning.

That's how you'll often find lil' miss Lilly Grace.  She's always gotta have something in her hands...and these are the most common things you'll find in her clutches. :)

A day with friends

With one of our 80 degree early spring days, we met up with some friends for a day at the park, a picnic lunch, and ice cream to top it all off!

2 weeks of summer weather in early March? We will take it!

One one of our HOT days in March, I made fruit slushies for the kids.  They drank up every drop and wanted more!

Sandbox N' Swing = Favorite Spaces

If the kids are outside, you will most likely find them in the sandbox together- scooping, digging, and pouring. 

Lilly's favorite outside activity--her swing.  She would seriously sit in it ALL day if I would let her (and give her pushes).

 Owen's favorite thing to do outside--digging in the dirt with his tractors.
